Day 6 – Tuesday 18th May 2010

Planner • Traveller • Blogger

The weather was a little bit better today but not a lot. Today we catch an open-top bus to tour the city and take in some of the main sights. Amongst various places we see Union Square and Chinatown and take a ride over the Golden Gate bridge. We do some shopping in Macy’s and then look for somewhere to eat…

Not before long we’ve been driven across the Golden Gate and what a sight it was to behold.

Here is one perspective of San Fran from way up high.

Having departed from the tour bus, we hop on and off various trams to reach other San Fran attractions including the very windy Lombard street.

So as it’s our final night here we decide to dine expensively on Fisherman’s Wharf and enjoy some Scallops, Prawns and Crab with some locally produced vino.

So would we ever come back to San Fran? Hell yeah.

I’d just like to say on behalf of myself and the lads thank you very much for your comments.
Apologies if it seems I’ve lost the will to try to write anything funny. The only time I get to dedicate the odd couple of hours to this is either before we go out or at the crack of dawn in the morning. Needless to say these 16 hour days are beginning to take their toll on me.
